CHAPTER 290: MUNICIPAL COURT

EDITOR’S NOTE: The Xenia Municipal Court is established by Ohio R.C. 1901.01. Ohio R.C. 1901.02 provides that the Court has jurisdiction within Caesarcreek, Cedarville, Jefferson, Miami, New Jasper, Ross, Silvercreek, Spring Valley, Sugarcreek and Xenia Townships in Greene County.
