(a) There is hereby established the office of Municipal Court Program Director, pursuant to the authority provided in Ohio R.C. 1901.32. In addition to the duties provided in such section, the Director shall perform such other duties as are directed by rule of the Court, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1901.32(A)(6).
(b) The Director shall be on the pay schedule of a Range 20 employee.
