The following terms shall have the following meanings as used in this chapter:
(a) "Application" means the application described in Section 1181.04.
(b) "Common areas" is defined as set out in Ohio R.C. 5311.01(B).
(c) "Development Plan" means the plan described in Section 1181.05.
(d) "Open space" means any land area not occupied by buildings.
(e) "Planned Unit Development (PUD)" means a development which is planned to integrate a variety of residential uses, and in which lot size, setback lines, yard areas, and unit types may be varied and modified as provided in this chapter to achieve particular design objectives and make provisions for open spaces, common areas, utilities and public improvements.
