(A) Once a snow emergency is declared, parking shall be prohibited on those streets and areas so designated under § 72.045 of this chapter until the snow emergency is terminated by announcement or until the particular street has become substantially clear of snow and ice from curb to curb for the length of the entire block.
(B) Any owner of a motor vehicle which is parked on a designated city street scheduled for snow removal during the snow emergency shall be responsible for a civil infraction.
