(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

(2) Failure of an elected official or appointee to file said conflict of interest disclosure form with the City Clerk under § 31.026 of this chapter shall be a municipal civil infraction and may result in a fine not to exceed $500. All conflict of interest disclosure forms must be readily available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk and shall be considered public documents immediately upon filing and made available to the citizens of the city when requested, subject to the Freedom of Information Act Policy of the city.
