§ 175.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person or entity who violates § 175.012 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor subject to a fine not exceeding $500 and/or imprisonment not exceeding 90 days in jail.
