§ 174.003 SUSPENSION OF OBJECTS ABOVE STREET OR SIDEWALK.
   No person shall suspend anything above any sidewalk or street unless expressly authorized by this chapter, except an awning or marquee no part of which is less than seven feet above the sidewalk grade.
