(A) Parking is prohibited on the east side of North Lumina Avenue from its intersection with the northern line of Salisbury Street to its intersection with the southern line of Mallard Street; and on the west side of North Lumina Avenue from its intersection with the northern line of Stone Street to its intersection with the southern line of Salisbury Street from 6:00 p.m. Friday until 6:00 p.m. Sunday and at any time on the legal holidays of Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day as established by G.S. § 103-4.
(B) Parking shall be limited to one hour in metered parking spaces on the east and west sides of North Lumina Avenue from Oceanic Street to Columbia Street except during the times when parking is prohibited on the west side of North Lumina Avenue as provided in division (A) above.
(C) Parking shall be limited to one hour in metered parking spaces on the west side of South Lumina Avenue from Stone Street to Latimer Street.

(F) (1) The area extending 69 feet southwardly from the intersection of the eastern line of South Lumina Avenue with the southern line of Stone Street is hereby designated a vehicle loading and unloading zone during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m in accordance with the provisions of § 74.19.
(2) The area extending 78 feet northwardly from the intersection of the eastern line of North Lumina Avenue with the northern line of Birmingham Street is hereby designated a vehicle loading and unloading zone during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in accordance with the provisions of § 74.19.
(3) The southern end of Keel Street shall be dedicated as a free 10-minute only loading and unloading zone.
(G) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle except a taxicab in the taxi stand established in accordance with Chapter 114 of the Town Code on the eastern side of South Lumina Avenue beginning at the intersection of the eastern line of South Lumina Avenue with the southern line of Stone Street and extending 124 feet southwardly except as follows: the northernmost 69 feet of said taxi stand shall be used exclusively as a vehicle loading and unloading zone during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and shall be used exclusively as a taxi stand during the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The southernmost portion of said taxi stand consisting of three metered parking spaces shall be used exclusively for metered vehicle parking during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and shall be used exclusively as a taxi stand during the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(H) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle except a taxicab in the taxi stand established in accordance with Chapter 114 of the Town Code on the eastern side of North Lumina beginning at the intersection of the eastern line of North Lumina Avenue with the northern line of Birmingham Street and extending northwardly to the intersection of the eastern line of North Lumina Avenue with the southern line of East Columbia Street except as follow: The southernmost 78 feet of said taxi stand shall be used exclusively as a vehicle loading and unloading zone during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and shall be used exclusively as a tax stand during the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The northernmost portion of said taxi stand consisting of two metered parking spaces shall be used exclusively for metered parking during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and shall be used exclusively as a taxi stand during the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(I) It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle except a taxicab in the taxi stand established in accordance with Chapter 114 of the Town Code on the western side of North Lumina Avenue beginning at the intersection of the western line of North Lumina Avenue with the southern line of West Columbia Street and extending southwardly for a distance of 164 feet. This designated taxi stand consists of seven marked and metered parking spaces. These seven spaces shall be used exclusively as general/metered parking for the public during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except from 6:00 p.m. Friday until 6:00 p.m. Sunday and at any time on the legal holidays of Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day when these spaces shall be used exclusively as a fire safety lane. During the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., these seven spaces may be used as a taxi stand on the condition that during the time that such spaces are used as a fire safety lane, drivers of taxi cabs must remain in their cabs at all times and shall immediately vacate the fire safety lane for emergency vehicles.
(J) On-street parking within the Harbor Island Residential Parking District is restricted as follows: during the period May 1 through September 15 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily, except as provided in § 74.47, no person shall park any vehicle on the streets designated in § 74.45 unless the vehicle displays a current residential parking pass issued in accordance with the provisions of § 74.42 of this code or a decal issued in accordance with the provisions of § 70.36 of this code.
(K) The parking area located at the Town Hall Complex designated for holders of commercial II parking permits shall be open seven days per week from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. Parking in this area shall be restricted to vehicles displaying a current commercial II parking permit.
