§ 98.08 PARADE REGULATIONS.
   To the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this section, the requirements and standards set forth elsewhere in this chapter also apply and must be satisfied prior to the issuance of the requested permit. Where the provisions of this section conflict with other provisions in this chapter, the provisions of this section shall govern. Parades shall be subject to the following additional regulations:
   (A)   No parade or part thereof may be conducted on the streets of the town between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday;
   (B)   No more than one parade may be conducted within the town at any one time;
   (C)   Every parade shall follow a route approved by the Town Manager. The Town Manager shall approve no route which is incompatible with the standards in § 98.04. The Town Manager’s disapproval of a proposed route may be appealed to the Board of Aldermen; and
   (D)   No one participating in a parade or proceeding along the route of a parade shall distribute therefrom any candy, cigarettes, prizes or favors of any kind.
