Any person who shall be convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined the amount set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. Each day of violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. Proceedings to enforce violations of this chapter may be initiated and conducted in accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of this code providing for administrative adjudication of code violations or by any other means provided by law.
