9-5-2: PENALTY:

Any person who shall be convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined the amount set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. Each day of burning in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 2014-16, 3-4-2014)
