Any person violating any provision of this chapter or failing, neglecting, or refusing to abate any nuisance created hereunder may be prosecuted through the village's administrative adjudication system and is subject to penalties in accordance with section 1-4-1 of this code. The remedies identified in this section are nonexclusive, and nothing stated herein shall limit, waive or in any way reduce the remedies available to the village under law, at equity or otherwise.
