A. The fines and penalties which shall be imposed for the violation of building code violation(s) shall be determined on a case by case basis by the hearing officer. The maximum fine and penalty which shall be imposed for each separate violation shall be the amount set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2014-16, 3-4-2014)
B. The fines and penalties herein set forth shall be uniformly applied for each violation of any applicable municipal ordinance. (Ord. 02-20, 12-3-2002)
