3-3-5: REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   No license shall be issued to any person to operate a picnic ground on publicly-owned property unless such picnic ground is enclosed by a wire fence which shall contain not less than two (2) gates or entrances and exits, and unless such place is provided with a good and sufficient supply of drinking water available to the patrons, which supply of drinking water shall be kept in a sanitary location and condition.
   B.   No person shall leave a picnic occurring on publicly-owned property unless and until all trash is properly placed in garbage receptacles provided. If no garbage receptacles are provided or if the garbage receptacles provided are full, then all picnic- related trash shall be carried away from the publicly-owned property by the person(s) participating in the picnic and properly disposed of elsewhere. Failure to dispose of trash in accordance with this Section 3-3-5B. is hereby declared to be a nuisance and unlawful. (Ord. 2015-14, 4-8-2015; amd. Ord. 2020-27, 7-21-2020)
