40.04: ADMINISTRATION:
The visual arts commission (VAC) shall administer the provisions of this chapter relating to acquisition of works of art and display. The VAC shall submit to the city commission, not later than March of each year, a report of its activities for the prior year. (2001 Code § 40.04; amd. Ord. 1587, 8-5-2013)
