The areas of special flood hazard identified by FEMA in a scientific and engineering report entitled "The Flood Insurance Study For Woodward County, Oklahoma And Incorporated Areas", dated January 18, 2012, with the accompanying flood insurance rate map (FIRM), are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. However, until this date, the current effective flood maps for the areas of special flood hazard identified by FEMA on its "City Of Woodward, Oklahoma, Woodward County Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM)", dated January 16, 1980, shall be used for this purpose until January 12, 2012.
