151.01: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:
The legislature of the state has, in 11 Oklahoma Statutes chapters 41 through 47, as amended, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt ordinances designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the city ordains the following, to become effective immediately. (Ord. 1547, 12-5-2011)
