A. A person who shall violate a provision of this chapter or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall violate the provisions of requirements of any license, permit or inspection thereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), including costs. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
B. Violation of any stop work order given by an inspector shall constitute a separate offense for each day in violation. The penalty shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) per violation. (2001 Code § 150.999)
