A. Enforcement: The provisions of this subchapter shall be enforced and administered by the city building inspector. The building inspector shall have the authority to make all interpretation of this subchapter and to order the painting, repair or removal of a sign.
B. Permit Required: No person, firm or corporation shall erect, construct, install or relocate any sign within the incorporated city limits without a permit first having been obtained.
C. Fee For Permit: A permit fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be paid on all signs requiring a permit. (2001 Code § 150.181)
