150.130: TIME FOR COMMENCEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT:
If no development has occurred pursuant to the adopted final plat within twelve (12) months after approval, the approved site development plan shall become null and void and approval of a new site development plan shall be required. (2001 Code § 150.130)
