150.129: TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF PLANS:
Preliminary plats and approved site development plans for planned unit development shall become null and void if no final plat has been submitted for approval within twelve (12) months after the date of issuance of a certificate of compliance. (2001 Code § 150.129)
