A. Required: All plats and building plans submitted subsequent to the issuance of a certificate of compliance shall be in strict compliance of this subchapter and in substantial compliance with the certified planned unit development.
B. Changes: A plat or building plan shall be in substantial compliance if the plat or plan is in strict compliance with this subchapter, and does not involve a change of any of the following:
1. Vary any lot area as indicated on the preliminary plat by more than ten percent (10%);
2. Increase the ground area covered by buildings on any lot as depicted by the site development plan by more than five percent (5%);
3. Realign any street, sidewalk or bicycle path; or
4. Change the location of any building or structure by more than ten feet (10') in any direction. (2001 Code § 150.122)
