There is hereby created a planned unit development board for the certification or rejection of proposed planned unit development. The board shall consist of five (5) members as follows: the city clerk to serve as chairperson, the city inspector, the city engineer or his designated representative, the fire chief or his designated representative, and a member at large. The member at large shall be appointed for a two (2) year term by the city commission. A quorum shall consist of a majority of the board. An appeal of any decision of the city inspector, under this subchapter, shall be made to the board. (2001 Code § 150.120; amd. 2012 Code)
