150.084: REVOCATION OF LICENSE REGISTRATION:
The city commission, upon at least ten (10) days' notice and adequate opportunity for a public hearing, may revoke the city registration of any mechanical or gas contractor, journeyman or apprentice for violating any provision of the ordinances or regulations of the city relating to the installation, maintenance and repair of a mechanical or gas appliance. (2001 Code § 150.084)
