The Municipal Court, in addition to fines and costs, shall assess a Municipal Court technology fee in the amount of twenty five dollars ($25.00). This fee shall be assessed on every Municipal citation. The revenues generated by this fee shall be used exclusively for the acquisition, operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of data processing equipment and software related to the administration of the Municipal Court and costs of prosecution.
The effective date of this assessment shall be November 1, 2017. (Ord. 1661, 10-16-2017)
