35.25: ASSESSMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING CHARGE:
The Municipal Court, in addition to fines and costs, shall assess an equipment and training charge in the amount of six dollars ($6.00) on each Municipal citation. Such amounts collected shall be earmarked for use within the budget of the Police Department of the City to be used for police officer training and equipment for the Police Department. (2001 Code § 35.25)
