35.24: ASSESSMENT OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS CHARGE:
The Municipal Court, in addition to fines and costs, shall assess an emergency preparedness charge in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) on each Municipal citation. Such amounts collected shall be earmarked for uses within the budget of the Emergency Management Director serving the County and the City. (2001 Code § 35.24)
