135.99: PENALTY:
   A.   Any person who violates a section of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of section 130.99 of this chapter.
   B.   Any person who violates section 135.04 of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) and assessment of court costs. (2001 Code § 135.99)
