132.02: DISTURBING THE PEACE OF OTHERS; INSULTING OTHERS:
   A.   Disturbing The Peace; Insulting Others: It is unlawful for any person to disturb the peace of another or others by violent, obstreperous or improper conduct or carriage, by loud or unusual noise, or by unseemly, obscene, offensive or abusive language; or to insult another or others by such conduct or language.
   B.   Disorderly Conduct: It is unlawful for any person to disturb the peace of others by disorderly conduct, including any of the following acts:
      1.   Being upon or within three hundred feet (300') of public school grounds or childcare centers without lawful purpose, and by actions or presence to disturb, distract or menace students or children.
      2.   Being upon or within three hundred feet (300') of a public place, building or business without lawful purpose, and by actions or presence to disturb, distract or menace patrons, proprietors or other persons.
      3.   Being upon or within three hundred feet (300') of a private residence without lawful purpose, and by actions or presence to disturb, distract or menace residents or guests therein.
      4.   Peering or looking through the windows of a private residence without consent of the residents thereof.
      5.   Refusing to leave a public place, building or business, or private property upon request by the owner, manager or tenant thereof, or upon request by law enforcement personnel. (2001 Code § 132.02)
