131.17: FURNISHING TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO MINORS AND POSSESSION OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS BY MINORS:
   A.   Furnishing To Minor: Any person who shall furnish to any minor by gift, sale or otherwise, any cigarettes, cigarette papers, cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco or any other form of tobacco product shall be guilty of an offense.
   B.   Possession By Minor: It shall be an offense for any minor to be in possession of any cigarettes, cigarette papers, cigars, snuff, chewing tobacco or any other form of tobacco product. (2001 Code § 131.17)
