131.05: PERSON UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE IN PUBLIC:
It is unlawful for any person under the influence of any "controlled dangerous substance", as defined by 63 Oklahoma Statutes chapter 2, to appear or be upon or in any street, alley, place of business or other public place. (2001 Code § 131.05)
