35.09: FEES AND CHARGES:
   A.   The Municipal Court, in addition to fines and costs, shall assess CLEET (Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training) and AFIS (automated fingerprinting identification system) charges in accordance with 20 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1313.2 and 1313.3, and as may be amended. Such amounts collected, less allowable administration fees, shall be paid by the Court Clerk in the manner provided by law.
   B.   1.   The Municipal Court, in addition to fines and costs and those charges provided in subsection A of this section, shall assess an additional laboratory analysis fee in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for every conviction of an offense in which forensic science or laboratory services are rendered or administered by the Municipality.
      2.   The Court Clerk shall cause said amounts to be deposited as collected into a separate fund to be used for the following purposes:
         a.   Providing criminalistic laboratory services,
         b.   The purchase and maintenance of equipment for use by the laboratory, law enforcement personnel and/or Municipality in performing any analysis, and
         c.   Education, training, and scientific development of Municipal personnel. (Ord. 1618, 5-18-2015)
   C.   1.   The Municipal Court shall require a person who is actually received into custody at a jail facility or who is confined in a City or County jail for any offense to pay the jail facility the costs of incarceration, both before and after conviction. Costs of incarceration shall include booking, housing and medical assessment. Fees shall be assessed as follows:
         a.   Booking Fees: A fee of sixty dollars ($60.00) will be assessed for each booking procedure.
         b.   Incarceration Fees: Upon conviction or upon entry of a deferred judgment and sentence a fee of sixty-seven dollars ($67.00) per day shall be assessed for the total number of days (both full and partial) of incarceration.
         c.   Medical Assessment Fee: A fee of twelve dollars ($12.00) will be assessed as a medical assessment fee for each booking procedure.
      2.   The fees for booking, incarceration and medical assessment shall be collected by the Court Clerk as provided for collection of other costs and fines. The Court Clerk shall remit to the Woodward County Sheriff's Department such amounts as invoiced pursuant to that certain interlocal agreement between the City of Woodward and Woodward County, effective July 1, 2017, and as may be extended or amended.
