Any applicant who shall be required to collect and remit sales tax pursuant to the Sales Tax Codes of the State of Oklahoma and the City of Woodward when engaging in any business, trade, profession, occupation, vocation or calling for which a license is required by the city, shall, as a condition precedent to the issuance of such license, provide a copy of the state sales tax permit prior to the issuance of any license required by this section.
