The purpose of this title is to ensure that all businesses operating within the corporate limits of the City of Woodward are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, to maintain a safe environment for the general public health, safety, and general welfare, and to assure that zoning, building, and fire codes are enforced.
