92.72: CONSENT OF OWNER TO AUTHORIZE REQUIRED WORK:
Nothing in this subchapter shall prevent a property owner from submitting written consent to the city authorizing work pursuant to this subchapter, with the assessment to the property owner for costs incurred by the city. (2001 Code § 92.72)
