92.71: CITY NOT LIABLE:
The officers, employees or agents of the municipality shall not be liable for any damages or loss of property caused by the removal of dilapidated buildings performed pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter or as otherwise prescribed by law. (2001 Code § 92.71)
