The property owner, within the ten (10) day period after the administrative decision by the fire chief, may request an appeal of the fire chief's determination before the city commission by filing written notice with the city clerk. Any appeal shall be heard on or before the next regularly scheduled commission meeting. (2001 Code § 92.51)
