Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of an offense against the people of the city and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), plus court costs. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. Each animal involved in a violation shall be deemed a separate offense. (2001 Code § 90.99)
