All persons required by this chapter to have a permit must promptly remove all animals or animal establishments upon the expiration, revocation or nonexistence of the permit. The animals shall be subject to impoundment, and the establishments shall be subject to condemnation no sooner than fifteen (15) days from the date of the expiration or revocation of the permit or the city discovery of the nonexistence of the permit.
