75.15: LEAVING CHILDREN OR ANIMALS UNATTENDED:
It is unlawful for any person to abandon, leave or lock any unattended child under the age of five (5) years or any animal within a motor vehicle when because of heat or cold, or other cause, the child or animal is endangered as to health and welfare. (2001 Code § 75.15)
