75.13: PARKING IN PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS RESERVED AREAS PROHIBITED:
   A.   It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to place or park a motor vehicle in any parking space on public parking that is designated and posted as a reserved area for parking of motor vehicles of physically disabled persons, unless such person is eligible for a detachable insignia or reflective insignia as a physically disabled person under the provision of 47 Oklahoma Statutes section 15-112.
   B.   It shall also be unlawful and an offense for any person to place a motor vehicle in a parking space on private property designated and posted as a reserved area for physically disabled persons unless:
      1.   Such person is eligible for the detachable reflective insignia and such insignia is properly displayed as specified above;
      2.   The person has the permission of the owner or occupant of the property. Enforcement of this provision shall take place only after receiving a complaint personally by the owner or legal occupant in each individual case.
   C.   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this section or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of an offense, and shall be subject to penalties as set forth in this title. (2001 Code § 75.13)
