72.06: INSPECTION OF VEHICLES:
Police officers shall have authority to inspect and test any vehicle upon the streets of the city at any time to determine whether it is safe, whether it is properly equipped and/or whether its equipment is in proper adjustment and repair. (2001 Code § 72.06)
