70.048: UNLAWFUL TO AVOID TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE:
It is unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle to avoid a traffic control device by driving through a private or business driveway and reentering a public way, avenue, street, alley or highway. (2001 Code § 70.048)
