Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), plus court costs. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 1767, 8-19-2024)
