Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The penalties provided by this section shall be cumulative and not exclusive. (2001 Code § 50.99)
