A. There shall be a late charge for the delinquent payment of bills due to the City for garbage/trash collection, and tree limb or tree trimming disposal, service charges of ten percent (10%) of the total of the bill, and the City Clerk shall assess said late charge to all bills which are not paid on or before the tenth day of each month.
B. Bills not paid by the 20th of the month will be charged an additional late fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) and will be subject to disconnection pursuant to section 50.08 of this chapter. (Ord. 1688, 8-19-2019; amd. Ord. 1707, 6-21-2021; Ord. 1720, 6-6-2020)
