The fees for the removal of garbage and/or trash, and tree limb or tree trimming disposal shall be billed to each owner or occupant liable therefor with the water bill where the owner or occupant is a water user. Fees for water service will not be accepted without payment of the fees for removal of trash and/or garbage, and tree limb or tree trimming disposal. (2001 Code § 50.06; amd. Ord. 1707, 6-21-2021)
