A. Garbage, Trash Removal Deposit: In the event solid waste removal is the only service provided by the city to a premises, the owner or occupant of each such premises shall remit a deposit $50.00 with the City Clerk prior to the institution of solid waste service to the premises.
B. Garbage, Trash Removal: The owner or occupant of each premises shall pay monthly the following to the City for the removal of garbage and/or trash:

C. Tree Limb or Tree Trimming Disposal: The owner or occupant of each premise may contact the solid waste superintendent to notify of a request to remove tree limbs or tree trimmings. Commercial/Professional Tree Trimming Services shall only make this request for personal premise, and are excluded from using it for commercial/professional services. Said tree limbs or tree trimmings shall not exceed eighteen feet (18') in length and shall be stacked curbside for removal by the solid waste department. The following fees shall be assessed and will be billed month following the request for removal:

E. Yearly Increase: Commencing on July 1, 2007, and continuing each subsequent July 1, the fees charged in this chapter shall be raised by the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index, All Urban Consumers, South Region, all items, during the twelve (12) month period ending in April of the year preceding the July in question, rounded up to the nearest nickel.
