3.24.6: ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES:
   A.   The Director of the City's Office of Building and Zoning and the Director's designees shall administer and enforce the provisions of this Chapter. Any violation of the requirements of this Chapter will result in the following:
      1.   First notice of violation will result in a written notice of correction.
      2.   Second notice of violation will result in a suspension of the permit for a two (2) week period.
      3.   Third notice of violation will result in revocation of the permit for the remainder of the calendar year.
   B.   Fines may also be levied in accordance with Title 1, Chapter 1.4.1 of this City Code for each offense plus the City's cost of prosecution including, but not limited to, its attorneys' fees. Each day that a violation continues or persists shall be deemed a separate offense.
   C.   Unless otherwise specifically provided for in this Chapter, the City shall initiate adjudication procedures in accordance with Title 1, Chapter 7, Article L of this Code to settle contested matter(s), to achieve compliance with this Chapter, to assess penalties and fines, and to collect outstanding obligations.
   D.   Nothing in this Chapter shall limit the City's authority to pursue enforcement of the City's Code at any time nor shall anything in this Chapter limit other remedies or civil penalties available to the City under any other law or regulation. (Ord. 23-O-15, 2-21-2023)
