In addition to the prohibited activities contained in section 6.2.6 of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any of the following activities in the Park in the Square:
A. Playing ball, riding skateboards, riding bicycles, serving or gliding frisbees or other similar sailing or gliding devices.
B. For any group of persons to congregate in the Park in the Square in such a manner that free access along paved walkways in the park or adjacent sidewalks is restricted, prohibited or blocked.
C. To ride any bicycle, skateboard or other devices on any paved walkways in the Park in the Square or adjacent sidewalk to the Park in the Square.
D. To smoke, burn or use any cigarette, cigar, or other form of or device containing tobacco or to use any "alternative nicotine product" (as defined in subsection 4.9.4A of this Code). (Ord. 16-O-26, 4-5-2016)
